I am looking for experienced person who can help with polish wooden deck , bamboo's on the fence and outdoor wooden small 2 doors.

Clean and coat the decking.

Our timber pool decking was last painted 3 years ago and needs further attention. Some shaded areas are moldy and this needs to be cleaned up before painting. The backyard pool is quite large so the decking is quite extensive.

Supply and apply protective oil to outside decking, approx area of 2.3m x 8m

The area is 6.1 meters x 5.1 meters in area. It was originally built in 2010 in Kauri pine. After 8 years I started painting as staining wasn't effective. It was painted 3 years ago in acrylic paint (Merbau colour) and needs sanding and repainting. Some boards have been replaced.

Need semi-outdoor deck ceiling repainted with ceiling white. L-shaped. Size can be gauged from the photos. A small area (shown in the last photo) requires patching. Please quote.

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

Front deck needs sanding back and painting. I have the paint. It's around 10 metres long by 1.2 wide

Need person with a sander to sand back and then oil the deck, wall and gate shown in images. No rush. I would like the job done on 21 or 22 April, provided it is a dry sunny day🌞. I will provide the oil. You need all other equipment.

Deck patchy due to render getting on deck and being pressure washed off. We need the deck completely sanded back. Deck size Long skinny piece approx - 6.5m x 1.1m Larger deck area approx - 4.5m x 5.1m

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

Timber deck and access ramp need to be power washed, sanded and coated (Cabot's Aquadeck Merbau). Slats are slightly cupped, but in overall good condition. No nails, only SQ2 screws. Job needs to start after restaurant trade hours, at 3pm.
