My dish washer is Miele with model number G1143 SCU. The problem is the Inlet / Drain light keep blinking red and can’t complete a washing cycle. I tried to clean the inlet filter and the non return valve according to operation manual but still can’t fix it.
Javier did a very detailed diagnosis on the potential fault in the dishwasher. He explained everything well and made good sense to me. I highly recommend him to anyone who has dishwasher problem.

We had an integrated dishwasher installed as part of a renovation 3 years ago. Since it was installed the door has always been very heavy and ‘drops’ rather than soft closing if you’re not careful when opening. I’ve been reading up on this and it looks like a spring needs to be installed but I’m not able to do that myself. The dishwasher also seems to move backwards/forwards slightly in its cavity. Will pay extra if someone can also reinstall so it stays in place

"Check water" error happens after a few minutes running, if stop touching it for a few days then it will take a bit longer to reproduce the issue. The previous task taker came & checked but didn't reproduce the issue on the spot about two weeks ago. In/out water issues are excluded by him. So it should be some malfunction parts in the dishwasher causing the issue. To complete this task, you need to open the machine, find the root cause and fix it, no matter if the error can be reproduced on the spot or not.
Javier did a good job, gave a lot of information and took all the efforts to solve the problem.
