Two down lights replacement...I have lights One batten fix.. I don't have batten fix

I would like to install total 8 down lights (4 in each room upstairs ) and three DC fans replacing current fans. I have the fans and down lights with me.

Supply and install two down lights in the bathroom

Install 2 power points. There are establish power points in a wall behind so access should ok straight forward. Replace 6 Oyster lights to LED. Replace 5 Down lights to LED. Mount a TV on a wall where the new power point is.
