Need to get done the formal scaled plans with dimensions and measurements for our four bedroom house.

Need to prepare plans for alterations and additions to the existing dwelling to submit for DA.

We have a bathroom falling apart, a back verandah falling apart, and we need some simple plans done incorporating a bathroom, laundry and small room with the leftover space. The space is 3.5 x 5.00. Then I can get quotes for a build.

Looking to get drafts made up for an extension for an extra bedroom with ensuite (walk in wardrobe), laundry and living area. Possibly a 2nd bedroom. Current dwelling is a 3 bedroom 1 bath on piers. Would like advice on whether or not to keep it the same height as the existing dwelling or split level considering we don't need to excavate. (which ever is going to keep costs down.
