We require a professional photographer with their own equipment to take pictures and video footage at a graduate careers event. The photographer needs to be at the event from 11:30am until 4pm. We need to get pictures of every exhibitor stall at the event (circa 25 exhibitor stalls) and each speaker during the talk sessions (circa 3 speakers). Ideally the pictures should be selected, edited and we should receive a link via WeTransfer. We want the copyright for the images, which will be shared with the exhibiting companies. We would also like some raw video footage of the event which we will use to create YouTube adverts promoting future events. We need the WeTransfer link and edited footage to be sent to us within 24 hours of the event ending so we can send it in a timely manner. Price to include on the day footage, and post event editing. The event is taking place at the PCEC.

Looking for someone to provide photography and videography services for a corporate event. Sundowner type event, 4 - 7pm likely, won't be a huge function, maybe up to 100 people. Will be CBD or Subiaco type location, rooftop bar. The event will be the launch of a new brand to our industry customers and network (property industry, tech) We would need some event photo's of guests and set up, for marketing and to share with guest afterwards. Also considering videography, that you would need cut into a short brand promo video afterwards. There will be a few activities on the night, small speech, merch, door prizes etc, so should be able to put together something to promote the launch of the brand into market.
