The event is a traditional Indian pre-wedding ceremony called a 'Roce'. It could be likened to an engagement party. This will be a small event held in a home decorated to suit the event. Most attendees will be dressed in traditional Indian attire. The proceeding would start with a ceremony that lasts about 45 minutes, followed by an Indian lunch (yum), music, and dancing. We would like to have someone assist us with photography (mostly candid) on the day, from 11am - 2pm. They would also be most welcome to join us for lunch. Please note that a semi professional/professional level photographer (wedding photography, corporate events photography etc.) is not who we are after. We look forward to hearing from you.
