One of the timber fence posts is rotten from bottom area and probably broken. Due to this the fence is tilting over to the other side and coming off the corner joint. Post needs replacement and the fence needs to be uprighted.

The fence on the right side of the house has cracks and is bent to one side and needs to be repaired or replaced.

Need to restump a fence pole that is leaning towards one side. It is the pole identified by the red arrow.

Please note work cannot be done until the adjoining steel fence is fixed. I do not know the timetable for that. Fence was damaged in storms in February. Fence backs onto an industrial estate. Ground is essentially level, and can be easily cleared for work. Work is time dependent on repairs to the steel fence immediately adjacent, which is leaning into our yard. I hope to have that done by the body corporate for the industrial estate soon. I have a quote of $1200 for materials, and I would be interested in a quote just for labour as well as for labour and materials. I have placed an estimate of 1000 just for labour.

Need someone to fix gate post to make it secure and lockable. You may need to supply the wooden plank/post as in the pictures

Repair paling fence which has a leaning section - Assess what can be fixed vs what needs to be replaced. Possible things which need replacing are: 4 posts and 3 panels (rails, palings, baseboard). Height: 5 ft, posts are average 2.8,m apart so total length is 8.4m. Current fence is red-gum / hardwood so similar would be good if possible. Maybe it's possible to straighted and reinforce existing posts and simply replace / fix rails and broken palings. Old fence material (if any) to be removed. Price would obviously depend on how much can be repaired vs replaced. This task has been re-posted. There were some trees up against this fence but they have now been removed.

Reattach boundary fence back onto posts in rear yard.

Dog has put holes in the fence therefore needing 6 palings fixed along the fence line

We have a wooden gate that is facing a pool. The gate has a spring closure device however the gate is no longer self closing as the spring has lost tension. The gate spring needs to be either pretensioned or replaced.

Hopefully using reinforcements would be sufficient but open to other options. I am looking to get this done by the end of the month but sooner would be better.
