Need a qualified plumber to conduct routine gas compliance check for a rental.

Hi, needing someone to take a look at my ducted heating. It is blowing cold air when I turn it on and the pilot light is still lit but the racking elements are not lighting.

I can smell some gas when I open the cabinet below the cooktop. Want a license plumber to investigate and fix the issue if required

Currently house has bottled gas , thinking of having gas supply to the house , not sure of likely cost

Hello. Our gas ducted heating has not switched on this year. We had our hot water changed from gas to electricity and I thought maybe it has something to do with that. Perhaps some air in the lines…I am no expert. We figure it needs a service and a check from someone who is authorised to work with gas appliances

Service and check fire for safety purpose. Haven’t turned on the fire for several years so not aware of any faults. Must be licensed plumber and able to issue safety certificate

I am renting our townhouse in Narre Warren out, hence requiring a Gas check by a licensed Gas fitter. The townhouse has a gas water heater (connected to a roof mounted solar heating system), a central gas heating unit (located in the upper level ceiling void) and a gas stove. Remove old gas heater from 50s house.

We have a gas heater that we are wanting to remove and have disposed of. It has a portion of the gas pipe along the wall that we also want removing. The heater is in good working order and the gas is still connected.

Looking for someone experienced to fix our Ducted Gas heating issue System works perfectly fine once on But most of the times once you turn it off the pilot goes off and and I have to manually turn on the pilot from the unit outside Sometimes pilot wont turn on at night time as well Only need it attended if you can fix this issue completely Thanks
