We have a 2015 Fiat Ducato. I purchased a head unit (Xtrons PE72DTFL) was meant to be compatible with the extra connectors, however, it's not the case. I did have someone look at it and try to splice the wires together, though it isn't working.Now I have the original wires some cut some joined, it's a bit of a mess. I need someone to sort through what the previous guy did and try and fix it, or if you can provide a head unit (I will pay extra for of course) that can be fitted with carplay and reverse camera, that would be awesome. can send more photos if needed after discussing.

I installed a Sony head unit to my father's car. Used AerPro cables, so no need to splice anything. All adapters. Easy peasy. Older 2013 Toyota Corolla. It has an OEM reverse camera. All is good. Except when it goes into reverse gear, the screen is black/blank. He has to manually press a button before the camera appears. Very cumbersome and troublesome. I have already removed panels, screws, bolts etc etc All you need to do is connect the correct wires for me. Will literally take you 5-10mins!
