Remove any silicone where painting is required and replace with paintable caulk.     5.    Primer: 1–2 coats high‑adhesion, stain‑blocking primer suitable for old enamel and melamine (2 coats on yellow interiors/under‑sink).     6.    Topcoat: Two coats of water‑borne enamel (satin/semi‑gloss). Light de‑nib sand between coats.     7.    Re‑hang doors/hardware; fit bumpers; tidy clean‑up. Deliverables: Smooth, even finish with no bleed‑through, runs, or missed edges; doors aligned and operating correctly. Materials: Please specify the primer and topcoat brand/line you’ll use. Inclusions: All masking, consumables, minor patching/caulking, and clean‑up.
