Yarra Valley Water has inspected our house water pressure, and there are no issues there. The staff believes the problem might be related to the hot water system. 3. Old Bathroom Fan Replacement: The existing bathroom fan runs at a low speed and doesn’t effectively draw air out of the bathroom. As a result, there are cracks and mould on the bathroom ceiling. I’d like to replace the fan. However, during an inspection by an electrician, it was noted that the fan isn’t directly connected to the outside of my home through its own duct.
