We have moved into a house and there are some scrap metals, bricks, plank wood, and random junk…etc that previous owner has “kindly” left behind in sheds and storage space. We would like to keep some of tools, but we want everything else removed and dust/dirt cleaned up so we can use the space for our purposes. There are some scrap metals you could probably reuse/resell but we want everything out and cleaned. We also want to keep all of the power tools. Consultation for organising kids bedrooms/wardrobes and toys

Help this week as kitchen hand at take away shop . 11.30 to 2.30 pm . $20 hour

My partner and I are seeking a weekly housekeeper/ cleaner to help assist with be following: - keeping the house clean vacuuming/ mop, clean kitchen, rooms and bathrooms etc - change bed linen for main room - fold and organise clean washing and put away - use dog poop scooper to pick up dog poop in backyard - cleaning the interior of buildings and the immediate outside areas - picking up rubbish, emptying garbage containers, and taking contents to waste areas for removal restocking minibars and replenishing items such as drinking glasses, writing equipment, linen and groceries - stripping and making beds, and changing bed linen maintaining kitchens, washing dishes and cooking utensils, and cleaning appliances, cupboards, counters, pantries and floors - picking up, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and mending linen and clothes - clean fridge Please note these may change or we may add more on. Ongoing work every Monday and Thursday Times can be to suit you. $30 an hour 1.5 hours on a Monday for cleaning assistance - washing - changing bed sheets and washing old ones - cleaning bathroom and toilet - wiping over the kitchen Vavume and mop 2 hours on a Thursday for any outings she may need - doctors appointment - grocery shopping - pub outings for her keno she likes to play She travels to visit us every now and than so we will need someone who can assist her to and from the airport. Plenty of notice will be given. She will need assistance on the 30th of January from the airport to home and help getting inside and putting her bags away. Details to be discussed further with the right person. Extra rates given it will be a Sunday The right person for this job will need a police check and experience in assisting in aged care and will need to have vaccinations up to date. $30 an hour $40 an hour for the 30th of January airport assistance due to being a Sunday. Further details will be discussed with the right person. I cannot assist her myself due to living in Townsville and she lives in Brisbane. She is fully vaccinated.

I need to declutter my house and organize it in a way that helps my day to day life run more smoothly. I'm looking for a professional practical person that has excellent skills in these areas. I am in a converted garage with bathroom and laundry (we won’t need to do anything in the laundry) Bathroom is shower/toilet/basin these need a good clean and the drawers and underneath storage need to be sorted out. The bath toys need a tidy too Lounge room I have 2 8 cube storage 12 are full of kids toys these need to be sorted 4 are full drawers and are full of assorted paperwork snd “stuff” that all needs to be sorted. Rug needs a good vacumm Concrete floor needs a good mop Kitchen Fridge needs to be cleaned out and wiped over the freezer needs to be sorted. The cupboards are bare but need sorting and a wipe over of the shelves inside and out as well as appliances and benches. Floor needs a good mop (it’s concrete) Bin needs a good clean out Bedroom Wardrobe needs sorting it’s small (has dresses jumpers and kids uniforms) Drawers need sorting all clothes pulled out and resorted to make it more maintainable Both beds need to be remade I’ll strip them before you come both beds need to be moved are ensembles on wheels and underneath cleaned out rug needs a good vacuum All window sills wiped over
