Hi, I have 3 properties which I rent rooms on Airbnb, each one 15' to each other. Price is per hour per person I need a solo for 5 hours or a Group of 2 for about 3 hours. Duties involve: Cleaning rooms (about 2 on each property per day) Daily Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens (no deep clean) Washing and drying some linen (not all the check outs, just the ones that can be done while on the property, the rest will be drop out in the last one) Brushing an vacuuming Prepare beds Can provide all equipment and products Need vehicle to move from one to another Will start with 3 times a week, can grow up for 5/7 days a week. Will start the job side by side with me until get into the rythm. Paid by hour, not by job. Don't need good english for the job, just have to say "I'm just Cleaning, please call x number"

I am needing assistance tidying some stock around my warehouse & lacking the time myself to do it. 3 key tasks - 1) Tidy clothing items into specific sizes, colours & product. I estimate to being no more then 60 mins. 2) Move some stock (light) from downstairs to upstairs area. Will take roughly 30-45 mins. 3) Not essential, but if possible (they are easy), build out 2 x shelves seen in picture. These only take about 20-30mins each. Job price is for first 2 tasks, will pay a bit extra if you can do number 3 too.

This would involved screeding, boxing and prep working alongside my son and I who are the worlds greatest lackies. PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE. I am just the labour. We would of course supply all concrete, rebar (F72) dowels, form etc etc. I have all tools if needed and if I dont have something you want, Ill buy it. But, I am not after the worlds greatest concretor (if you are, thats awesome!) or the worlds greatest job.....these are inside an open bay farm shed and surrounding areas (about 300sqm total)....fairly straight forward stuff, no pipework, no edge footings etc...... Need a carpet cleaning professional for a two story townhouse located at Yeerongpilly. The areas that require cleaning is 3 bedrooms, a small hallway and one flight of steps. Also one 3 seater fabric lounge chair, along with one large rug which I estimate it is about 3m x 3m. I have a dog and a cat so wanting someone who has experience with removing animal stains, carpet sanitising and deodorising. The townhouse is easily accessible via the street and also complex driveway through the garage.

Hi, I need an extra helper to unload 2 shipping containers and pack onto pallets. The containers have boxes of paper that weigh up to around 15kgs. The speed to unload each container tends to vary between 2 to 3 hours, depending on how fast the team works and how complex the container is. Hi there, I am looking for preferably a female and someone understanding as it is slightly embarrassing. I do have ADHD and am struggling to tackle my whole wardrobe of clothes to be either wash folded or hung up. It’s so overwhelming. The thing is it’s not a big wardrobe but when I have done this in the past it takes up so much of my day and time as I get distracted easily and have so much to do already. Can someone help me please to get the motivation I need to get this gloomy loomy pile of clothes sorted once and for all.

My builders did an excellent job of getting me into my new home late today and now it's a bombsite of packaged furniture everywhere. It's definitely a 2 person job, as the outdoor table has a concrete top. Maybe even a 3 person - bring them along. Happy to pay per person per hour for as many hours as you've got, as there's a full four bed house to get through. There will also be rubbish removal required. Are you available?
