Not yet moved in, minimal furnitures (only dining table, dining chairs, tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, 1 mattress in bedroom) and appliances which are all brand new and not used before. Just need a sanitising wipe for these. In general, the house needs a cleansing for renovation dust, cobwebs, dead insects. Requires all surfaces to be wiped to remove of dust and floor sweeped/vacuumed and mopped. Cleaning supplies not provided.

I just want my new unit cleaned while it is empty before I move in. It should already be done but I just want it extra clean. Hello there! I have just renovated my newly purchased apartment and it needs a clean before I move in. The apartment will be empty for this clean. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (showers only, no bath) and balcony apartment. It has wood engineered floors throughout and tiles in bathroom. I need the bathrooms to have a deep clean including cleaning out of the floor grates and ceiling extractor fan covers. The kitchen needs a deep clean with all cupboards cleaned and wiped inside and all of the doors sugar soaped. The oven also requires a clean (it’s not filthy but it’s not sparkling either!). The balcony flooring is tiles and these need to be washed. All windows need to be cleaned. The apartment is freshly painted and has brand new engineered wood flooring so the floors cannot be mopped but need to be thoroughly swept. Ideally I would like this done on 7 or 8 April.
