Need new equipment and installed

TV antena point moved (underfloor) front back of a room to opposite side of the same room. NBN cable is (underfloor) at front of 3 BR house and require it moved to rear of house.

I am having NBN installed and they put the box in a cupboard under the stairs. I need an electrician to install a PowerPoint. There is already a light in the cupboard. I've included a photo of the outside wall - it will be near the hose.
