Moving a Yamaha Arius YDP-145 digital piano with bench from Zetland apartment (3F, lift access) to a house in Kingsgrove (living on 1F, few stairs needed).

There is an upright piano on one side of the lounge and I needed it moved across the room. The flooring is hardwood. The piano is on wheels, but when I try to wheel it it scrapes the floor. So, it needs to be lifted onto a wheeled trolley or carpet maybe? It is being moved 4 metres to the other side of the same room. No stairs etc.
