Under my kitchen sink has been leaking water when the tap is on. Unsure where it’s actually coming from. Kitchen is quite old unfortunately.

Hi, I have a few jobs that I need completed. Toilet seat needs replacing, it’s constantly coming loose and I’ve had it tightened numerous times so I think it just needs to be replaced. The shower head also needs replacing (rubber hose is broken, metal case of the outside is broken and the head sits on the wrong angle). Under my kitchen sink is leaking, unsure what the problem is, potentially just needs a new part. The shelf under the sink is quite water damaged, it’s a very old kitchen, so would just like it ripped out if possible and just a very basic cheap shelf installed if possible. I don’t have the tools or equipment needed, happy for you to buy equipment needed from Bunnings and charge separately for those.

Since we bought our house there has been a bucket attached to the hotty that fills up and needs to be emptied regularly. I have replaced the green valve and still not it’s leaking.

Already have new replacement, electrician has already disconnected, just need it installed, plug in unit

Shower keeps keeps dripping when turned off.

Ice bath chiller water pump not working continuously (works but will shut down after about 15 minutes). Looking for a service and someone to isolate the problem.

Dishwasher is not draining - I've tried to fix with standard Youtube tutorials but had no luck.

Need someone to come out to help fix a drainage problem in the washing machine. New Miele washer only 1 month old so most likely due to some sand clogging in the drainage pipes It’ll be a quick fix for someone who knows what they’re doing

Supply and install the vanity and shower head.

Repairs or replace toilet inlet valve in cistern. Might just need a washer or may need a new valve which is about $25 from Bunnings . Is making knocking noises then sounding a bit like a fog horn when filling back up after flushing. Older style toilet. - Due date: Flexible

The toilet started refilling frequently on the weekend and on occasion extra water is coming into the bowl. It's hard to photograph because it just looks like.a normal toilet, it's more the sound we hear of it filling when it's not been flushed recently. - Due date: Before Thursday, 16 November 2023

MUST BE LICENSED Needing a plumber to help convert toilet room to laundry. Toilet and sink have already been removed. Needing to seal off toilet pipes, move pipes from toilet to adjacent wall for washing machine -piping to move moved into the area of green circle. - and water proofing the floor.
