Side of staircase needs re rendering. Approx 3 to 4 square meters. Join caused by where the brick work meets the concrete stairs. Currently rendered and painted. With some filler in the join currently. The timber flooring and skirting boards are going to be replaced so the work will be required to be done after the boards and skirting are removed and before the new boards are laid. The timing of this is uncertain at this stage. Thanks.

Added a new section of rendered block work. So the new section needs preparation (sealer binder paint) and then the entire wall, old and new, needs to be painted so old and new sections are colour matched. Two different colours for each side of the dividing wall. One side is called Apparition and the other side is Western Myall (deep base Dulux colour). I'm uploading photos now taking some time. Bottom of the wall need some patching. I need to apply acrylic render then texture. House is in Holsworthy. Will need good renderer, with experience in texture. Got all the material. Estimated job is 2 hours acrylic. Then 2 hours texture.

We hired a sealer to come patch holes from recent electric and plumbing work. We did this so that we could repaint and with a fresh wall as we are installing new kitchen. I am pretty sure the work the tiler/sealer did is very poor and not up to scratch. (See photos) Unfortunately we are only adding a new kitchen because we discovered hidden water damage after purchasing our first apartment. The cabinets get put in Monday so we would need help tomorrow. I am 3 weeks from delivering my first baby so it’s all quite stressful. Please let me know the amount of work it would require to smooth this out. We feel a bit cheated as he said the work would smooth out everything and we could paint it all white for a blank canvas for our kitchen install and it’s left a huge mess for us to clean and figure out.
