Hi, We have a wifi modem in the Kitchen (As that is where the port is) however we want to: A) move the modem further from the kitchen (so it's not so close to where we spend lots of time) B) successfully set up 'ethernet' cables to run from the modem to our devises, so we can minimise and reduce wifi in our home. This is a simple task, yet would be great to get someone who has the right cables and ability to help make this seamless and neat and easy for us. :)

I have a bought a new router for a second area in our unit but can't get it to connect to the internet, wireless or hard wired. This is the router I bought - TP-Link ARCHER AX23 AX1800 Dual-Band WiFi 6 Router It could be a set up issue because there is already a main router. The previous second router was set up by someone that knew more than me.
My NBN keeps cutting out and I think my router is playing up.

My internet keeps dropping out or failing to connect. My netgear router is in the loungeroom of a small 2 bedroom apartment, connected to Apple aiport extreme. My computers (mac studio and imac) are close by, in the office, with another airport extreme. I am currently hotspotting from my phone. I have constant issues with NBN speed and drop outs and as I have the primo service I'd like it fixed so it actually works.
Jesse did a wonderful job. Super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way on a Saturday to get my NBN sorted. Thanks so much. Highly recommend!
