Installation of Scandia Warmbrite 300 wood burning stove in domestic property; flue will need to be fitted and installed.

We are moving out and we need a temporary solution to fix a chip on a glass black stove top. As pictured below.

I need a professional to disconnect two gas lines of stove and grill. And person should provide some sort of safety paper as well.

I need a rangehood screwed in over the stove. Old one has already been removed. It will be a quick job as there was a similar one already in there. Might need to pre-drill a few screw holes as I'm not sure if the old screw holes will line up perfectly. Power lead hole is already cut in. Festival Towers, 108 Albert St. Free parking on site.

We have a large stove/oven which needs to be taken away (dumped? repurposed? recycled?). It is 900mm (w) x 900 (h) x 650 (d), and weighs approximately 90kgs. It has been removed from the kitchen and is currently in our rear entertaining area. Access is via a side path - no stairs involved.

Tenants have reported that the existing range hood over stove at island bench is too low (at head height) and have requested it be raised. Not only does the vent hood interfere with line of sight, but when cooking, people bump their head on it! Range hood is currently in working order and hardwired and just needs modification. No electrical work required. You will first have to take off the Sheet-metal casing of the flue. This will expose the flue pipe and supports. Once all pipe and supports are visible you can determine with tenants how high they want you to raise the hood vent. You may have to have a custom pipe made after you reduce the length of the vent pipe. After pipe is installed you will have to customise the outer sheet-metal to match the new height and it may require someone with experience and available tools for sheet metal fab to alter the shroud length.

Need to replace/wire up new 600*600 electronic stove top to replace existing same size. Stove top already purchased. We will clean up and get rid of old one.
