I’m looking for a patient and experienced swimming instructor to help me learn the basics of swimming, as I am 30 years old and have little experience in the water. I need someone who can guide me through the fundamentals, including learning basic strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety in a supportive and encouraging environment. I’m seeking lessons that are paced according to my skill level, helping me build confidence in the water step by step. I’m hoping for private lessons or small group sessions in a local pool, with a budget of $50 per lesson. I am looking for a Swimming coach. I’m keen to improve my swimming technique and build towards a more efficient 2-minute pace for distance swims. At the moment, my PB sits around 2:45, and while I’m decently strong in freestyle, I’m looking to refine that further through technique, drill work and also improve in the other strokes where I’m much less confident. My main goals are to develop better technique, increase endurance, and ideally become more well-rounded across all strokes.
