Replacement of existing metal balustrade on first floor balcony with Glass Balustrade. Balustrade lengths – 6610mm, 2280mm and 940mm. Dimensions listed in photos. Supply and Installation – all material and labour. Existing decking will be replaced beforehand.

Reattached 1 winder chain to awning ( has come off and needs larger screw ) and secure winder to frame (has become loose ) . See pics

Superficial damage caused to rendering by a car scraping the edge. Would like someone to come and repair it.

Need the concrete wall section and column sectiom rendered in Fine Texture Finish to match existing white render finish no colour added just white

We have a minor render / mortar repair that needs to occur. The damage occurred when the shutter installer cut the render away for the install. We can have that shutter guide removed if that will make the minor repair easier to complete. The first two photos is the LHS. The next photo is a photo of the wall before the shutter was installed. The last photo is the RHS guide. Repairs required to small damaged sections of render each side of one roller shutter. Render to only the pre-rendered sections. Face bricks below stay the same. Also trowel render into the gap between the back of the guide and brick (see pic Render 4)

I need a gutter to be installed, either to the awning itself or to the area just beneath it. It then needs to drain the water from the awning into the drains on either side or through the middle into the drain in the floor. I need a plumber

Our front verandah needs some TLC. The area is approximately 2.5 x 5 metres. The area had thick outdoor tiles from the 70's that I had to jack hammer out. I managed to retain half the concrete that was underneath. I am looking to have exposed aggregate or permeable stone be applied to that area - Open to suggestions. I want to also have that applied to the steps too. Half the verandah has a concrete slab while the other half was destroyed from the Jack hammering. See attached photos. Let me know what you think

Verandah The floor Tiles have been removed, we need to prepare the verandah for water-proofing, the current/old water-proof seal needs to be ground off the 20mm cement sheet 48sqm area ASAP before the new water-proof seal can be painted on.

We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

I have purchased 5 meters of awning to go over my balcony area that leaks. This is a temporary measure to stop water ingress and damage. The wall is some sort of metallic cladding that it needs to be attached to.

I have purchased and assembled the Windoware awning from Bunnings. It is assembled. I am having trouble using my hammer drill to drill into the bricks and need someone with a better drill to come and help. 14mm drill bit. The job is installing the brackets (four holes into brick and fixing the brackets) and then fitting the blind is literally lifting it into the bracket and fastening the bolts. I’ve attached photos of the instructions and the assembled blind so you know what you’re working with - Due date: Flexible

Hello I am moving into new house and need some help to take some shelves off, inside outside, put TV on wall and take some wardrobe doors off etc. put pictures on walls and plates on wall. Random jobs to help us move in. It’s a whole day work must have the tools etc and can buy what need from Bunnings for the plate wall etc - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 January 2024
