Task was taken down for some reason. Troubleshooting unpowering PC is still the task

Needing assistance to identify issue with nbn and outdoor wifi connection, propose solutions (eg different router, starlink, mobile coverage booster) and assist with implementation of solution as necessary.

Currently building my own PC, I've been running into issues with updating BIOS. (No post/no boot/no display). Not sure how to fix it, would appreciate any sort of guidance or help!

I purchased an external CD ROM drive to install some old games that I have, and the first disc I put in has read "1628: failed to compete installation". Just seeing if there is anyone tech-savvy who can provide an easy fix for this error as I've tried to Google and it's saying there might be a corrupt file but it's coming from a game CD disc so that's not possible.

I have 5 data all sockets in the house. 4 of them are showing 1 Gbps speeds, while 1 is only showing 100Mbps (even with 1gb devices connected at each end) which is the 1 that needs to be fixed. - Due date: ASAP

My GPU will be fine running at normal temperatures idle and then will go above 100*c after about 4-7 minutes (still idle or minimal load tasks). I just repasted my GPU and I cleaned it thoroughly, no dust with the same results. So I’ve narrowed it down to either being my GPU or PSU being faulty. I need someone who has a test bench or even just a regular PC that has a PSU of at least over 900w, 3 x 6+2 GPU cables ready and a hardware monitor software installed (preferably HWmonitor) to test if my 3090 needs to be RMA’d. I could just submit both through for warranty, but then I pay for freight and labour on both when only one is faulty I’m pretty sure. By putting my GPU in someone else’s PC, if it still overheats then obviously that would be a great argument when I submit an RMA ticket to the supplier.

I have a Rode NTU USB microphone purchased brand new a month ago. It worked well with my recording setup (simply connected via USB then recorded using Streamlabs alongside HD Gameplay). It has started sounding low quality like I’m under water, or “tinny”, and I can’t figure out why. Could be a simple USB port issue or could be a setting somewhere. I have had a UNV security camera system installed. It seems to mostly work correctly but sometimes with bigger clips that I would save it seems to download and save them with glitches. Also, I have set up an Orbi Mesh network RBK 753. It has a good signal all over the house and the day I was walked through the set up by a professional; from Netgear, it was working fine but then dropped out that evening, and then I have done what I think are all the same steps again, using the setup tool on my mobile, but now some of my devices will see the connections but won't go online with it.
