I have a Duhua CCTV system with 5 fixed cameras (wired to the NVR) a 1 Wi-Fi camera. After a recent power outage, the Wi-Fi camera does not show up on my NVR all wired cameras do show up. I can locate it on the Camera List on the NVR, and I have been able to add the camera on the device list, but it always says “Failed to find Network Host” I have been advised that it may be due to a settings issue namely the IP address not being correct. Other that that the system work fine – just need someone with the knowhow to reconned the Wi-Fi camera.

Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I need to know what router to get first. I'm looking for advice only ATM as to which modem I can use , I have an nbn box from previous Internet but not sure what modem I need, nbn available at my address is hfc. I don't want to spend a lot on the router but aiming for a plan of 250 dl and 23 upload as I want to use it for gaming. Dual band? Mesh? I will likely need a router with long range or extender or mesh as it will need to reach outside but not sure on square footage of my home. Pics and advice would be appreciated. Once I know what to buy I can then hire someone to help me install. I'd like it done asap as I need wifi.

Need an appropriate extender and it’s setup for signal to travel unimpeded from the modem through two rooms and a brick wall to operate a security camera in my garage. Hi guys. I’ve got internet with Optus and they are saying it’s all ok on their end. My partner works from home and has issues with the speed with her calls dropping in and out. The internet is working but it’s not fast enough for her to work from home. They have given me the ok to hire a private technician to come and have a look. I’m in Northcote right by the pools. Wifi drops out randomly at different times each day. I have newish mesh routers, new cat7 cable, upgraded to 100/40mbps, router is in a cool position, software updated. I am at a loss, it has been years. What else can I do??
