Gary was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, where the cockroaches were coming from etc. He made sure to explain what the chemicals were and even talked to my neighbour as he was working as she was concerned about her cats (he assured her it would not be bad for the cats). I will update the rating after a week or so but I am hoping it will be an effective treatment.
