A garden that needs weeding and the flowers pruning in readiness for summer - Due date: Flexible

I have a small garden with some old beds (just dumps of dirt now full of weeds) on either side. I would like the dirt/weeds/plants removed and land flattened in line with the grass and then re-seeded (sow grass seed). You will need to take the excess dirt/weeds/plants away and provide your own grass seed and top soil, if required. Intention is to reclaim the sides of the garden and re-grass them. There are 3 sizeable plants on the left, one old exotic palm which has died and can be dumped 2 others which can be safely removed and left at the back of the garden for me to replant.
