1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive
