5 days worth of painting, including 2 coat of loft room, painting 4 bedrooms after building works. Rooms are all in good order and don’t need any base coats. Rate is per day, will be 5 days work

Paint a one bed flat. I have just plastered the flat. The flat is around 37 square metres only. I need the hallway going up the stairs done and the landing- walls and ceiling. Bathroom just the ceiling. A small toilet cubicle walls and ceiling. Kitchen ceiling plus around 6 square metres of walls in the kitchen. Standard size living room walls and ceiling. Standard size bedroom walls and ceiling. For all of this i need definitely 2 coats of bare plaster paint, not mist coat. Then when dry i need white paint on top. One coat of the finishing white paint might be sufficient otherwise 2. I also need all the skirting, architraves, frames and bannister done satin white. One coat would probably be enough as it came 'undercoated' from the factory. But if you think 2 coats then account for 2 coats

Plaster 10 ceilings as currently have Artex on them, this is for the whole house

We have a relatively straight forward garden fence that we would like painting. It works out to approximately 14 fence panels and a small shed. There are only a few plants to be covered up and the rest is easy to access.

Walls and ceiling need painting

Fence repainted and repaired where necessary. Side gate replaced and painted. Shed paint touched up - we have the paint for that.

Teak table , 4 chairs and small table to sand and rub down and then 2 coats of teak oil. Teak oil supplied. Table and chairs are dry and will be in a garage.

I have a rendered wall which has some weather damage (all seems surface level) and need it either cleaned and or painted....

We are looking at our kitchen, hallway and bathroom to be painted. We would like a quote to do all three spaces please! there will be a possibility that the front room and bedroom will need to be done at a later date. I’ve put the price down has £5 because it wouldn’t let me do a quote.
