Kitchen (approx 3m long x 5m wide x 3m high): walls and ceiling painted in brilliant white satin. Skirts, window ledges, 2 doors painted in brilliant white gloss. Lounge (approx 7m long x 4m wide x 3m high): three walls and ceiling painted in brilliant white satin. Skirts, window ledges and two doors painted in brilliant white gloss. One wall 7m x 3m wallpapered.

I'm expecting you would have the tools. I will pay for materials. The quoted budget is for your work. Fencing - approx 2m high and 40m long on left and 2m high and 70m long on right Pagoda 3m x 3m x 3m whole frame, inside and out. Summer house - front elevation only, approx 2.5m high and 20m across. I need the job completed before the end of May. (we will have internal decorating work to be carried out first two weeks of June if the first job is satisfactory)
