Surfaces must be wiped before painting Flooring must be covered as the house will be sold after the painting One coat throughout. 4 bedroom one coat Living room one coat Ceiling walls woodwork paint or gloss depending on what room it's in. Banisters Paint to be exact same as previous colour. We will paint two hallways stairs landing (ladder needed for hallway) Kitchen 1 half tiled bathroom 1 small WC 1 utility room Very light filling if any Floor to be covered All edges to be taped. No spillages. Silicon and caulk where necessary.

We need a newly painted room touched up. This includes: painting a cupboard, adding more paint to some wall areas and tidying up edges e.g., around light switch, skirting boards and where walls meet ceiling. The window frame needs tidying up too as it’s got paint on it so needs to be painted back to white or having the excess paint on it removed

Paint small bedroom. The bedroom is in use at the moment so furniture is in there, but I can help move this around as and when you need to paint, i.e., bed shifted to other side of the room etc. The flat is too small to totally clear the furniture. There is a built-in wardrobe that would need painting around (pictured) as well as one area of the main wall that needs levelling and smoothing over (also pictured).

Need to remove the mould from the ceiling on my room

I have mould that has appeared in one cornice of my bedroom, I am looking for someone to clean it. It might require a step ladder to reach (I don't have one, only a small step).

Painting one hallway wall and one side of cabinet with paint I will supply. Paint is same as currently used so not changing colour or sheen. No need to paint trim or door. Wall is approximately 2.5m x 2.8m and purpose of painting is to fix some blemishes/marks. Cabinet side is very small, as pictured and purpose is to fix some parts where old painting was not done well. Both will require only one coat of paint. Only professionals at painting. Need to supply your own rollers, brushes, any stools or ladders, etc Please when offering let me know if you think I can use my old 2.5 year old paint or if I should buy new paint. We are leaving our offices on November 4, and we need to put it back in the original colour (all white). We painted one wall in deep deep purple. The office will be emptied on November 2nd between 9 AM & 3 PM so the painting would have to happen either Nov 3rd or worse case over the weekend. it is likely to take 4-5 coats! I have a wooden deck on my terrace, which is 6 meters long and 1.9 meters wide. It is in good condition, and it needs some light maintenance work. In short, it needs to be cleaned and an oil-based sealer needs to be applied. I like the colour of the wood, and I'm happy to go without stain. That said, I do want to make sure that the sealer isn't shiny. In terms of timing, I am available to provide access on Saturday, 30 September, and on Sunday, 1 October. Not sure how much time will be needed for the deck to dry well once it has been cleaned, so I am happy for the job to be split into two visits.
