Nice friendly guy and good communication for the most part. We did have one issue in that he was an hour late for the pick up despite us rearranging our collection time to suit his availability. However, apparently it wasn't his fault because the person he was helping before us delayed him and he didn't think they would. He acknowledged he could have communicated that earlier, so giving him the benefit of the doubt because sometimes these things happen.
