1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive

Render the wall and patch up so water doesn’t penetrate down to box room.

Garden planter render cracked, needs to be re rendered or possibly repaired with wood cladding instead

The front wall to our garden is currently two-thirds rough render with a top section as rough brick. I need someone to come and apply a smooth sand and cement render over the wall, front, back and top. The dimensions of the wall are 3500mm length 1070mm height 220mm depth I have attached some photographs. I just need the wall finished to a good render finish, I don't need it to be painted. Thanks

Have cracks in render on the exterior wall, mainly in the loft so need someone with a tower. Will also like house painted once rendering is repaired.

There was a water leak from a few flat above. There is water damage to a number walls in a few rooms. The damage is apparent at the bottom of the wall, i guess where the water collected. There is also some damage to the skirting board. I have no idea how much this work should cost so putting £5 in the budget box, this is obviously not the case.
