I need plastering and finishing of ceiling and 3 walls of a Garden outbuilding/ home gym Dimensions are: Height: 2.18m Length 6.02m Width 4.25

1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive

I need one wall wallpapering in my bedroom (pic 2), and one section of a wall plastering (pic 1. Excluding grate). 2 more small sections downstairs need plastering (pics 3 and 4). I don't have any of the materials but I will be buying the wallpaper. The wall that needs wallpaper has lining paper underneath. The section of the bedroom wall that needs plastering has lining paper but I will strip that in advance. The other two small sections of wall downstairs to be plastered have no lining paper, just bare wall.

Large, deep cracks in one bedroom wall. More than skimming needed. I need the cracks permanently fixing so that they never appear again. Also bedroom needs painting and ideally some coving added to ceiling. I also need a very old bathroom extractor pipe cleaned out , ideally looking for one person to do all of above, but if this is not possible then plastering is the main job . Our curtain pole has fallen off and need o be refixed. It appears to me that the wall is not of bricks or cement or concrete. We need it to be refixed. OK to fix the hooks to a new location but it must be robust and we need to tidy the previous ugly holes. Someone who knows what they are doing, it shouldn't take more than half an hour.
