We are hosting a celebratory party at a DIY venue in Huntington Beach. We are responsible for disposing of our own trash, taking care of toilets (stocking, cleaning) and cleaning after the event. This would be set up similar to a backyard BBQ, just on a larger scale. Nothing to be done prior to the event. During the event going around and making sure trash cans do not overfill and stocking toilets. Post event, cleaning what little trash remains. Vendors are responsible for their own take down so just need to tidy up the space. Small indoor space, and large outdoor space. We need to sweep the indoor space prior to leaving. The event venue is called Newland Barn in Huntington Beach. Please take a look at pictures online to see the venue. There will be about 10 large round tables and 8 bar style tables set up. A taco man will be serving food. The taco man and drinks will generate the most amount of trash. The event goes from 4pm-10pm. Services do not need to begin until 5pm and you can leave prior to 10pm, as long as the facility is clean before then (leave between 9-10).

At one location we need someone to play and fade out music during our small wedding ceremony. The restaurant for the reception is 10 minutes away. There, we will have a poster with table assignments we need set out, and some matchbooks we have as favors on a table too. We will also need a playlist hooked up to the sound system we rent to get the music going. We’ll need table numbers set on 4 tables and menus placed on 25 table placements. We’d like someone to stay during the reception to make sure nothing goes wrong with the music and to change the playlist after dinner.
