There are 3 windowsills in this home with varying degrees of damage. I am wanting to get them sanded back to remove any chips and then the whole window frame re-painted. I was also hoping to get the windowsill behind the kitchen sink (see photos) tiled to prevent further water damage. We have two pre-assembled laundry cabinets and a benchtop that need to be fixed to a tiled wall. The benchtop is laminate and needs to be cut to size (20cm off one end) and the sink hole cutout.
Olaitan was very knowledgeable about the work required, however, the end result left a lot to be desired. Parts of the cabinets were scratched, cut poorly, and the sink not sealed properly. He has not responded to my messages to remedy the situation.
