I need a WAN/data cable ran from NBN box in a bedroom to the top of a cupboard in the hallway so the modem can be with our cctv DVR. It needs to run up the wall and through the ceiling space approx 10-12m run. I also want a quote off the person who does the job for LED lights under floating steps at front.

Although I have a switch box which where I can connect the nbn cable, my neighbour is using this switch box. So I want another switch box where I can connect my nbn cable

I need about 26 downlights to be installed. I currently have normal ceiling lights which need to be removed and replaced with downlights. There should be 4 downlights in each bedroom, 6 in the hall, 8 in kitchen and dining. 2 of the existing ceiling lights have to be removed and installed in a different area. I currently have the Ceiling fan which is 70 inch 3 blade fan and needs to installed in the hall. It also has a wall controller. I do not have the downlights and hence would need to be supplied. I want cool white LEDs which are fairly bright. Any holes in the ceiling post removal of existing light or installation of new downlights will have to be neatly closed. The 3 bedrooms each have ducted ac vents. Please see pictures for more details.

I need a quote for fixing some issues at our apartment in Westmead. 1) Switch board popped out. 2) Swap two fans and replace with led ceiling lights 3) Remove lights in two bathrooms and replace with led ceiling lights 4) Exhaust fan in bathroom slightly popped out, needs to be affixed back in place. Toyota Prado drivers side light normal beam not working. Side lights and full beam fully operational. Bulb has been changed and fuses checked. REplacement bulb was 100% working as fitted after on passenger side. Need somone with auto electrical experience.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install a power point. In the attached photo you will see the red block where the power point is be located - this is a rendered brick wall. The 2nd photo shows the chalk board open, and the electrical board. The frame for the door is wooden and will allow for drilling and a cable to pass through. X marks that spot.

My lamp is not working. It does not look like the light bulb is an issue but rather the cord or button to turn it on or off. How much would it cost to repair? Assuming the whole cord need to be bought and changed. If too pricy obviously not worth it and I need to buy a new lamp. Thanks.

One of the protected power switches was triggered yesterday. I have unplugged all devices from the wall sockets and even switched each socket off manually in the affected rooms but I cannot switch the protected power switch back on. For context there may be a socket that has been affected in the wall by all the rain recently as this impacted a light switch in our wall about a year ago - but this may not be related. Need someone who can come out to fix this this afternoon. The earlier the better. Thanks.
