Need a shower head on rails W/ taps, a bathroom drain, and a kitchen sink tap replaced. I have the items already.

Hose that connected to the tap has split and water leaks from it so bad had to turn main off

1. Toilet cistern often leaks into the toilet bowl. The cistern outlet valve may need to be replaced. 2. Shower taps are rather stiff. Need to loosen/make easier to turn, or replace to a mixer for someone with arthritis. 3. Pipe under sink is leaking
