Re-posting this task as previous tasker tried to increase price by $230 so i will be extra clear with my requirements. 1. I need a new timber side fence built and installed, using brand new treated timber, not 2nd hand leftovers you have have from another job. The timber side panels need to be replaced also, as circled in blue. The timber must be painted green as per body corp requirements 2. This task price includes supply of all materials including masonry, bolts, latches etc. 3. I require the old timber fence and old timber side panels to be removed and taken off site by you. This is not negotiable. 4. You need to communicate with me a time that will suit both of us, don't just tell me when you will be turning up to complete the task. Please have some social skills. The old gate is approx. 950mm wide and 1700mm high. You can use a steel frame or make it from scratch if you wish as long as it is sturdy.

Task Description: I need someone to repair a 3.5 meter section of my rear fence that has fallen over. The job involves: 1. Removing the approx 3.5m of fallen fence section and disposing of the old materials 2. Supplying and installing a new 3.5m timber lap fence section to match the existing fence 3. Fixing the new fence posts securely into solid rock and/or concreting new posts if required 4. I need a pool fence panel installed between a timber fence line and brick wall. It needs to be complaint. I have the panel and it’s been already precut to the best of my ability. I have two poles too if needed but no brackets. Would prefer someone who specialises in pool fences. Please see photos
