Remove and replace two rotten wooden gateposts (125x125mm, 2m high, cemented in) with galvanised steel posts of same size with caps. Reattach to fence and attach gate. This is part of a wooden picket fence across the front of the house. Fence is otherwise in good condition.

The metal front gate is hard to open bc the plate on the lock of the gate sticks out a little and needs to be ground down a little.

Fence post needs replacing. Gate attached to fence requires realignment.

I am looking to install side gates at home. 1st is on left side of house – width is 120cm. Solid fence on left can be used to support the gate as well as the rendered brick on right. 2nd is on right of the house – width is 110cm. Fence is not as solid. We are looking to install a new gate with proper structural support. Please advise the construction method on how do you install the gate and materials you use for the gate. the gate can't be closed - supporting pole can't support the existing weight of the gate. please suggest your method to fix this issue - as you can see from the photo the top part of the gate has a gap that is not aligned with the gate. please offer your price - Due date: Flexible
