Steel auto gate got stuck when opening

The property has 3 door size gates (steel frames), 3 double garage doors and front walls up to 2.5 metres height. Dust, wash and remove dirt from the property front, street facing walls, gates and garage doors.

Wooden picket gate needs fixing, looks as though metal brackets have just rusted away and have snapped off at the hinges (see pictures). Wouldn't be much of a fix for someone who knows what they are doing

We require someone to add a key lock to our pedestrian gate. Currently there is not a lock on the gate and for extra security reasons we would like the pedestrian gate to be locked with a key. Our front gate falls open when not carefully closed. Need the hinges to be adjusted so that it falls closed by itself when left ajar. - Due date: Flexible
