New toilet will need to be installed slightly to the left of existing toilet (approx 21cm from left-side wall). Ideally do not want to relocate the existing water supply tap (I think there should be enough clearance when using the Caroma Uni-Orbital connector). To drill 4x M16 holes on a footpath to install heavy duty boards to cover an underground pit. Board already installed. Need the holes drilled and bolts screwed. Construction site has no power. Could connect from the neighbour with long extension cable.

I am looking to replace my splashback which was installed 10+ years ago with 6mm "Constellation" from NaturaStone. I understand this is renamed as "white diamond" from the Granite Transformation range. You will need to source it from NaturaStone on my behalf as they will not sell to consumer direct, only stone fabricators. The panel dimensions are roughly 1900mm by 780mm. Two cut outs for electrical outlets. The height of the panel on either side is approx 600mm, and the part that is right behind the stove to is 780mm. Please see photo. The existing splashback will need to be removed and the replacement installed. Please note, when the original splashback was installed the back of the gas stove was 20mm to the splashback. The splashback was adhere to pre-existing tiles. Would this be an issue? The price of $1000 is to include the stone panel, cutting the panel, remove existing splashback, and installing new splashback. Thanks.

Two towel hangers in bathroom are loose and falling off the wall. One of them is a long bar towel hanger and only right hand side is loose, and the other one is like a single hook. (please refer to the photos) They are drilled into tiles wall, so would like to see if we can have them fixed without having to remove the tiles. Thank you.

We will assemble the cabinets in advance and one of us can be there to assist lifting them up if you need second hands. However, it needs to be done on 28th before noon. Hello, our sliding doors to our bathroom and toilet are so annoying - they stick as the door slides. We have tightened the bolt into the track but I’m pretty sure the rollers need to be replaced. I haven’t purchased though as I’m not sure of the right part to buy. Can you help?! (There are two doors - see photos). Price here is just for labour not parts. Let me know how much the tracks and rollers are likely to be And I will add in the cost on top of this amount !

I’m in need of someone who can place 5 cabinet doors on a set of cabinets for me, and then place small knobs on each of the cabinet doors. I also need 3 door handles changed over and 5 x 30cm shelves installed. You’ll need to use brass coloured screws, to match the shelves. Lastly, I need a toilet door sign installed on the bathroom door. I have the sign, it’s super easy, just needs to be stuck down but I know I’ll stick it down all wonky if I do it. I’m in need of someone to tile a feature wall in my shop. The wall is approximately 3m wide and 2m tall. The tiles have already been purchased and need to be laid brick bond, with minimal size grout lines (please see reference pic). Grout colour TBC, will confirm before commencement of job. I’ve uploaded an old photo of the wall I need tiled to give you an idea of the size.
