I don't have the tools to check what's behind it It is for hanging jackets/coats, scarfs, umbrella, empty grocery bags You need to supply tools, studfinder and appropriate screws (countersunk) + anchors if needed

Due to blinds installation, there is a slight wall crack and window frame displacement causing water leaks during rainy days (please refer to the red circle in the picture). I need someone to help me seal the crack and window frame. I want this job to be well finished, with the wall crack and window frame properly sealed to prevent any more water leaks during rainy days. Please match the wall paint colour and use materials that match or are similar to the colour of the window frame. I need a solution that will last a long time, not just a few weeks.

We’re looking for an experienced tradesperson to install IKEA kitchen cupboards in 2 small separate rooms. The job involves a total of 5 base cupboards, each with a drawer above it, and 5 wall cupboards. Please note that the base cupboards with the benchtop are only 37 cm deep, not the usual 60 cm, so it’s a smaller depth kitchen. Please see pictures attached

There’s no plumbing, gas, electricity, or anything else to be added. The wall cupboards will have lighting to be attached to them.

Thjere are no exisitng cupbards to be removed so It’s a straightforward job and not too expensive. We need this done in the next few days. Parking is available, and the rooms are on the ground floor of an apartment with street access from the front. Garage parking is also available. All rubbish must be taken away, and the rooms should be left clean.

Bar bridge needs new seal. Please purchase seal and I can reimburse

All holes / gaps within the ceiling of the lift lobby at Level 2 are to be filled with non-combustible material or fire rated sealant. Additional to the holes in the photos you provided, there were also gaps between the ceiling tiles and lift fitting at the far end of the lobby – see attached. Must have a license and company to do the job! After finish the job, Must need to fill those information. Please distribute these certificates to the relevant contractors for them to create a certificate on THEIR LETTERHEAD and send the completed certificate to Holmes. My front door doesn't always latch. Sometimes if there is good air pressure and it slams, then maybe it will latch. Have 5x 1400mm IKEA Vidga curtain rails that need installed on my ceiling in lounge room & bedroom. + 1 roller blind in kitchen 3 rails in lounge 2 rails in bedroom 1 roller blind in kitchen Terminal curtain rails will need to be cut shorter in order to fit the space. See pictures for approx measurements. I believe my walls/ceiling are drywall - so will need you to supply appropriate anchoring and correct screws.
