Upstairs metal gutters and timber facia's on each of the corners of the house need replacing. Downstairs facia corners and gutters and 2 valleys need replacing .

Located Grange. I have removed an old sink and need a new one installed. I have purchased the new sink that has wastes and re-cut the bench hole so that it fits. I’ve also purchaed the water connectors, tap and double bowl connector. Just a bit beyond my ability and don’t have time with the kids etc.

Need someone to install solid core door plus door hardware inside house. Door size is 2340 x 820 x 40. Need to finish around door (frame etc) and above door to 2700 ceiling, plus need to install Sydney Cove cornice to match. Also need to paint door, wall, cornice etc. Can source door and latch/lock myself if is more cost effective to do so. All else you will need to supply. Note existing opening is approx 920 x 2700.
