Hi I have a brick room and want to install plaster board. (room is approx. 3.8 x 4.2) with 2.4m height Please read the below details carefully - The room had mortar on walls and ceiling which has recently been removed. - There are mortar gaps and cracks in the wall(as per picture) but it will be fixed before the work - Most of the walls are un-even and you would need to install batten. - We have an existing skirting as well which I want to keep and gap between skirting and wall around the room is different(30-60mm) so you would need to do some work smart work installing batten (as per picture) - After batten and plasterboard is installed, I need cornice and ceiling rose put as well ( I will provide cornice and ceiling rose). Picture of cornice and ceiling rose is attached as well - I want cornice and ceiling room installed in a hallway as well (1.5m x 6m).(this is separate from the room). Hallway is painted so you would need to scrub the paint off where cornice and ceiling rose will touch for proper installation. Please provide quote with labor and material (except cornice and ceiling rose)

Hi, I have a Parlam Feria 3 prefab flatpacked pergola which needs assembly and installation. It's a simple 3x3 lean to structure, the roof needs to be fixed along our timber garage wall section and the two adjustable legs need to be fixed down onto our brick yard. The installation guide says it requires 2 people and to allow half a day. More info in the links below. We have 2x Bunnings/Kaboodle ‘push to close’ drawers that aren’t staying closed consistently. Also one is not sitting flush. If someone is an expert in installing or fixing these, we would love to have them fixed.

The winder (handle) has come out of the fixture on our window. We can’t re-thread it and need some help reattaching it or replacing the fixture, if need be.

I need someone who is good with a drill / measurements to install handles on my bedroom drawers. I tried to install them myself, and it was a disaster and I almost drilled into my thigh (see the single handle I installed in the pictures). In Northcote VIC. I’ve just come back from Egypt where I bought a ceramic/stone candle holder. It’s smashed and I’m gutted. We have two handy man jobs that need to be done. Job one: Replace broken hinge on pantry door Job two: Tighten five dining room chairs, sand bottom of legs and replace floor protector pads on each leg.

I need a few small jobs done in my apartment in preparation to sell. 1. Re-hang and fix blind. The blind mount is coming out of overhead plaster. 2. The bathroom window has cracks and will need a sand, putty and paint ( I do not have any of this paint unfortunately). 3. Need some small paint jobs fixed up in corners, only a couple. 4.
