Move 2 powerpoints on the same wall

Needing to plumb in a new water fridge in new house. It is inside a kaboodle like casing (laminate?) the back wall feels like it may be gyprock not brick. Right side wall feels like brick. It is hollow behind the cupboard on top so if needed can probably go through the roof?
