I would like someone to help me cook 3-4 meals to prep for the week. Typically it has taken me me and a helper 5 hours to cook and clean up after. First session would be a trial to see how we work together. $30/hour. I do an induction before the trial and we have safety equipment on site. Kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of space for 2 people to work from. If trial 1 goes well you can come back for trial 2 so long as our current assistant isn’t available.

Ideally we would get a mixture of freezable options plus fresh protein and sides that can be used across dinners primarily, and some lunches. Focus should be on high protein and veg content. I would love to hear from people to explain scenarios that work well and how you quote for something like this? I feel like it might be easiest for us to buy ingredients and build a menu, and then pay by the hour for preparation? But happy to hear other ways of working.
