After having our windows replaced across our 2-storey house, the installers have used external trim that was unpainted, and we need this finished to seal the surfaces. We have tried with a ladder, but it is challenging to get to, and we would like a painter who knows how to safely paint small sections high up (ground to underside of ceiling is 6m) on the outside of the house. There is no adjacent roof or balconies to use to reach these areas, and the pathway access underneath is quite narrow (see picture). There is only very small bits of painting to do on 3 windows on the second floor, all on one side of the house, but will need 3 coats. Job will not be more than a day of work, but will likely be a bit fiddly moving between each of the windows in a small space. Must bring own equipment for accessing space, but we will provide paint and brushes and tape as required. - Due date: Flexible

Need a table and bench sanded back and re-stained. Must have electric sander Stain colour to be as similar as floor as possible.

I recently started painting my new apartment but quickly realised I’m in a bit over my head! 😰 So I’m looking for an experienced painter who can do a professional job. The walls have already been sanded and prepped, (although I have not sanded the trim) The apartment is just over 50 m², and I’ve already purchased the paint—it’s all ready to go at the apartment. I’m moving in on Wednesday, so I know this is short notice, but I’m hoping someone can help me out before then. My top priority is painting the living room, as well as a small entrance and hallway. If possible, it would be great to paint 1.5 walls in the kitchen too. Bonus points if you can also paint the trim in the bedroom (the walls are done, but not the trim). No ceilings or doors need to be painted.

I'm moving out of a rental property and need my room painted from pink back to the ugly neutral they had before. I already have the paint and materials, I'm just running out of time to do it. There's no plaster that needs fixing, no doors to paint, no ceiling, just 4 walls. I hav the paint already. It does NOT have to be perfect, they're going to have to repaint it anyway because there are huge cracks in the plaster that were here when I moved in.

Please plaster small sections of the corners of 2 walls where skirting was removed, then clean the area of silicone etc. and sand ready for paint, then paint the patch with colour matched paint (which I already have and can provide).

I am selling my 1 bedroom flat and wanting to rehab the fairly gross entry point to the bedroom from outside via a sliding glass door. The timber along the side of the tracks are cracked and peeling, the glass door trim needs to be painted. The section between the glass door and security door is full of dust and muck. I am putting a random price on this ad and am willing to negotiate the fee. Property is free this weekend if this suits you. Otherwise at a time to be neg. I'd like this entry point looking fresh and appealing to buyers. Thank you.

I have filled a hole in the wall with Spakfilla and need someone to assist sanding it down & painting over it. I have never done it before, I know it doesn't take too much time but worried about getting the wrong shade of paint. If someone has a kit with many shades to match that would be ideal :) I am moving out soon so need to leave the room in good condition and fix this up 🙏
