Find an experienced plumber in Blacktown

Need a handyman to fix the below in Blacktown area. 1. Hot water in kitchen is not completely working .. sometimes it works for few minutes and it’s cold again 2. Supply and install new rubber seal under the bottom of the shower screen door as there is a shower leakage in one bathroom 3. Need to fix the door bell which is not working

I have double story home, with a bathroom upstairs. On the first story directly below the upstairs bathroom, a small section of the ceiling has signs of water damage which indicates there is a leak directly from the bathroom above or from the plumbing related pipes in the cavity underneath the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs ceiling.

My ensuite has a valve leaking. Happy to get the existing valve replaced or repaired. Looking for quotes.

Need an experience expert to investigate and fix subfloor rain water leakage. I suspect it comes from broken rain water pipe.

Blocked stormwater drain under the house causing a fair bit of flooding. Previous plumber cut the pipe from roof to stormwater to let water flow a little freer - and cut a hole in sewer pipe nearby. He was unable to get the stormwater drain back at capacity stating that there was something stuck in the pipe around 15m deep. Recommended I find someone with a Jet Blaster. I’m seeking someone with a jet blaster to fix the pipe but also redo the stormwater pipe from my roof (needs about 1/2m - and connect it back up to stormwater drain)

Install a new toilet pan cone cover (cone supplied)

Shower area upstairs has a leak which can be seen on lower level kitchen ceiling. Will probably need someone to inspect first as leak could be from other parts of bathroom as well.

I have bought new taps to replace in my shower. I've taken the cold water tap off but cannot remove the Valve and semi threaded it in the process of trying. Need professional help on this one.

There is a small leakage in a shop. If someone can do it by today itself that would be great. It’s just a small work to do.

My kitchen tap is broken, so I need someone to replace it with an identical one. I have the new tap, so it is just the installation. You must be a licensed plumber in order for the tap's warranty to be valid (as I have found out).
