Bathroom tap is leaking. Need to be fixed

In one of the bathrooms in my house, the now-leaking cold-water tap needs to be fixed by replacing its current failed washer to the newer-type soft-turn washer. Same needs to be done on its partner hot-water tap (although it may not be leaking, still just as a precaution) in the same wash-basin (as seen in this image). We need to fix the day/time for this work to mutual convenience. Need a licensed plumber. Under-sink photo added for reference only.

Kitchen sink install & repair small leak in bathroom vanity

Hot water system is not working because of pilot light not lighting up. Need a plumber or handyman to fix the pilot light.
