We are looking for someone to install a new toilet seat, a sink mixer and shower head holder. Every package says easy to install as well as the person at Bunnings.

I have recently purchased a property, when I have tried to clean and drain the bath, water has begun coming out of the floor drain. I have tried basic fixes such as drain cleaner. I need someone to review and unclog the bathroom drainage, as well check drainage from dish washing machine. Thanks.

I would like too replace current sink with a new sink that is slightly larger. I do not want to change the current laminate however i believe there is enough provisions to create and alter space to make provisions for a new sink. I have added a picture of the sink i would like too replace with . i will get the sink etc, i know this may go without saying however the person doing the replacement will need to be able to work through plumbing etc i have the sink and mixer tap, you will need to provide any other parts required to complete the job. I have also included a snapshot of watch the sink I have purchased. It looks like in the pictures.

Remove old trough and install Everhard 45L White Laundry Unit. Will need additional plumbing to add an S-trap and because the drain is located directly under the sink hole (not by the wall) it will probably require some elbows to get the pipe to connect with the drainpipe. I can source the pipes or happy for you to supply and add to the invoice.
